Chakra Dance Party

This dynamic class combines the ancient wisdom of chakras with the expressive power of dance. Through free-flow movement, rhythm, and mindful awareness, you will learn how to activate, balance, and heal your energy centers. Suitable for all levels, Chakra Flow Dancing offers a transformative experience to enhance physical vitality and spiritual connection. We will begin with a little overview of what Charka's are and what causes these blocks. Then we move into a 30 minute free flow dance, moving up through our Chakras from Root to Crown.
